Refund policy

At Bare Necessities, each soap-making class is carefully prepared in advance. Every seat requires pre-measured ingredients, personalized materials, and significant preparation to ensure each participant has a premium hands-on experience. Because of the time, labor, and supplies reserved specifically for your booking, all class registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Bare Necessities and are subject to class availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may not be available for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Participants who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice (no-shows) will forfeit their registration and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
