Discover the art of handcrafted soap making in this fun, beginner-friendly workshop! Whether you're looking for a creative outlet, a unique experience with friends, or the start of a new hobby, this class will guide you through the exciting process of creating your own artisan cold process soap from scratch.
During the class, you'll learn the basics of soap making, including ingredient selection, soap safety, color design, fragrance blending, and the science behind turning simple oils into luxurious bars of soap. Each participant will create a 3-pound loaf of custom soap using premium oils, beautiful colorants, and a fragrance of their choice.
No prior experience is needed—all materials, tools, and safety equipment are provided. You'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to continue exploring the craft at home, along with a one-of-a-kind soap designed by you.
Please note: Cold process soap requires time to harden before it can be removed from the mold. Finished soaps will be available for pickup 48–72 hours after class, and students will not be taking their molds home. If you're unable to return for pickup, shipping is available for a $10 flat fee. After pickup, your soap will continue curing for 4–6 weeks before it's ready to use.
